To experience the richness of flavours and aromas we serve in order to get to know the amazing atmosphere of the place is an absolute must. The creation of luxurious meals is an art, and our Chef has mastered it to perfection. The cuisine in the “Witnica” Restaurant is light and skillfuly complemented with lots of fresh herbs and vegetables.

Only here can you taste the original dishes prepared from nineteenth century German recipes dating back to the beginnings of our hotel served on the original tableware of that period.

Old German and traditional Polish flavours combined with modern European cuisine create unique blends that stimulate the most demanding palates. Taste and aroma, as well as the appearance of the dishes are the keys to success in organizing family events and corporate meetings.

We have also created a comfortable and cozy decor in the restaurant. Fresh floral compositions always decorate our tables; at the bar - designed in the German style – you can try delicious local beer from the Witnica Brewery. These details mean that everyone can find a place here for themselves and spend some pleasant moments with their family, friends or business partners.
